Mess^rs Fuller & Barbers Hebron Conn^t Accountants Office Sep^r 17. 1799 Gentⁿ Your account of supplies for the Troops at Hebron Connecticut, furnished between the 22 May & 29 Oct^r 1799 amounting to Doll^rs 95 & 35. has been examined found correct; which sum you will receive from John Huntington Esq^r upon giving him your duplicate receipts — The account of your charges in the Quarter Masters or through impropriety, have never been admitted, but as it remains of future; that you will produce for every article charged, a bill or receipt of the party from whom purchased, or should the articles be furnished from your own Store, a certificate must then be required from one or more Officers, stating that the articles are not charged above the current price; your accounts on future must be made up to the first of some Months, & the articles belonging to the subsistence of the Army, Quartermaster & Hospital Store; be kept under their distinct heads — I am Y^rs O.
