I arrived here after a tedious, journey, safe having been oblig'd to perform quarantine for five days at New Port. On my arrival I paid Mr Turner the money forwarded by you. Viz. One Hundred & Fifty Doll. He requested me to let him write an acknowledgmt. on the back of my letter I shall seek him & request him to do it by this conveyance. I have nothing new to inform you of. Our Town never enjoy'd greater health. I wish I could hear the same from you. Accts from yours. My love to Mamma & all the family —
