By the enclosed letter from Major Burrows you will perceive that the Marine Corps is not adequate to the purpose of furnishing a Guard for the Sixty Prisoners at Stony Town and the other Service to which they are and may be appointed — Will you be pleased therefor to give an order that, the Guard at Stony Town may be relieved by a competent number of the Infantry of the Army —
