You will find in the [undecipherable] you, [that] the full complement of Coarseman's tents req[uired] [undecipherable] [undecipherable] to No 7. & 10. [undecipherable] that all the other Regiments [interlinear: be the best of] supplied, [and] the Regiment except Reg[iment] 6 and 16 which ha[ve] [undecipherable] I found there be no Horsemen's tents in the public Store, which cannot [be] remedied, I have [undecipherable] forwarded a letter to the Superintendent, to [undecipherable] enquire where they can be procured in a few days, & [undecipherable] and supply the Regiments [undecipherable] After[undecipherable] [undecipherable] as directed [undecipherable] & on for the [undecipherable] [undecipherable] [undecipherable] a sufficiently [undecipherable] payment, and forwarded to the proper Officer [undecipherable] require there will be proper [undecipherable] given [undecipherable] upon receipt of Coarseman's Tents for the fourteenth a fifteenth payment made.
