-lerists and Engineers, and of the 1st 2d 3d and
4t Regiments of Infantry in the service of the
United States, who are from whatever cause ab-
-sent from their commands, are required with
all possible expedition, to report themselves
by letter to Major General Alexander Hamilton. Those
officers of the aforesaid Regiments, who do not
