Sir Your favor of 30th Inst en-
closing post note for $200. is duly Received, and thank
you for your attention in this business—
Enclosed you have a return of Clothing
wanted for Capt Elliotts Company, which
you will please have put up agreeable to the
Same, except the Coats &Vests, which I shall
forward to the Qr Master Genl—
The Lieut of the Company writes me the
Situation of them is Such, that it is
necessary the Clothing be Sent on Immedi-
ately, as numbers of them are unable to do
duty for Want thereof—
My reason for troubling you with the
Clothing for Capt Irvins Compy was, that
you might have opportunity of shewing them
to the Surveyor,—
I have about 40 Taylors on Bedlows
Island, making up Coats & Vests, and shall
be able in a little time to comply with all
the demands—
I am very happy to hear that it is
So healthy with you, I am sensible it
never was more So with us at this Season of
the Year than now
I am Sir
with respect
