The Pay master General having arrived from the Western Country and opens an Office at this place I has become his duty in the first instance to examine all Army Accounts & him I have sent all your delinquent communications not to be made, which relate to that object, from him at your future directions will [undecipherable: come] & to him the question you put relative to the allowance to Capt Meads should be made
