Philadelphia 20^th August 1799 Sir, The Secretary of the Treasury informed me, that the vouchers for the Stores received and delivered by James Seagrove, the publics Agent at St Marys in 1794, were sent to your Office, I will thank you to cause them to be delivered to me. I wish also to ascertain the particular Regiments to which the Detachments at the Posts in the enclosed list belongs — without this information I cannot charge the Regiments with the Clothing delivered to their men while thus detached.
