Description

Responding to the complaints of sundry officers, Hamilton warns that the deficiencies that they are experiencing now are mild compared to what may happen later in their military careers. Respecting the complaint of lack of articles like platters or marquees for officers, it should be noted that such arrticles are not considered indispensable. He admits that he should know of discontents but he should also be able to candidly express his responses to them.
