As Archibald Henry acct of Fortifications for New Port Rhode Islands has not exhibited any Accounts to this Office for Settlement for expenditures on account of the Fortifications erecting in the harbor of New Port. It is proper to State for your information that Delivery this day a Warrant No 222 Issued this day for Funds Chargeable on the Books of this Office with the Sum of Forty five thousand three hundred fifty Dollars —
