I have received your letter dated the 4th enclosing the Muster Rolls of Capt. Samuel Gates' Compy from 31 May to 30 June 1799 — It will be filed has been subject to examination when the Pay rolls shall arrive — the Accountant being temporarily absent it has become my duty to address you —
