In consequence of a Warrant of this day in favour of Michael Dunkle Contractor for 300 Dollars issued to me for countersigning – I conceive it my duty previous thereto to inform you that upon settlement of Michael Dunkle's acct of Supplies affd to the 1 July there remains a Balance of Drs [undecipherable] against him —
