Sir,
As my disbursements on public Account are nearly at an end, I feel anxious to have all my public Accounts adjusted. Those in the Military Department are of importance to enable me to bring all to a close.
They are I trust methodically arranged & the Vouchers unquestionable. You will greatly oblige me by making an early report on them; I hope I shall not trouble you after the present quarter, within it I hope to have all my advances taken up by full settlements.

I perceive the use the Waggoner means to make of the Invoice. on settlement he was allowed the same as others that launce at the time, which was five Dollars only a hundred. the Invoice calls for a further allowance; I shall not notice it.
