I remit you a list of Invalid Pensioners for the State of New Hampshire, with my warrant thereon for the payment of their Pensions from the fifth of March, to the fourth of September 1799 inclusive.
The Secretary of the Treasury will furnish you the necessary funds to pay said Invalids.
You will please transmit to this Department, in the beginning of December next, a Return of any deaths or removals that may then have come to your knowledge.
