By a Vessel just arrived from Orleans we are informed [undecipherable] Wilkinson was to sail from thence for this place, the next day, of course he may be hourly expected. Swann has [undecipherable] apartments assigned next to us; the rooms lately occupied by the post Master General - the conclusion relative to Storms; - but very soon it must be known whether he is permitted to retire, he has given in his ultimatum - indeed he has never recieved from his first proposition.
