Sir,
Be pleased to deliver to John Wilkins Junr. Esqr. Quarter Master General Infantry Clothing for five Serjeants, three Corporals and sixty privates to be transported to Presqu Isle for the use of the troops under the command of Capt. Cornelius Lyman. Also the same quantity of Suits to be transported to Fort Washington for the company under the command of Captain Miller. The late Uniform Clothing now in Store to be made use of to comply with this order.
