Sir In the accounts rendered by William [undecipherable] Contractor for the Port of New York, New [undecipherable] &c there is a charge of Dols 220. Dls for Hospital Stores [undecipherable: supplied] at Bedlows Island — the account of which is certified by you, and it appears of the Certificate that you was an Inspector of the Branches on which the Issues were made.
