I have suggested to you before that it was proper for the Pay master General in this 1^st Instance to furnish you with Instructions and he will also give you directions relative to the mode of keeping your accounts, it being more so as now arrived in this city & will very shortly proceed to himself when your accounts with those of all the other Pay masters will be Settled and to him for convenience, & he will no doubt communicate with you on the Subject.
