[undecipherable] [undecipherable] in favour the if the [undecipherable] three of rations [undecipherable] made to arrangement, and [undecipherable] [undecipherable] it be [undecipherable] necessary to [undecipherable] I may say [undecipherable] in [undecipherable] that 3 Regiments will be stationed in [near] at Brunswick or some one place in Jersey, during the next year, it would be proper that this arrangement be kept in views by the person making proposals. The proposals may [undecipherable] also to embrace the whole of the State so as to provide for recruiting parties.
