The Treasurer of the United States will remit to you the sum of One thousand two hundred ninety nine Dollars & Two Cents for pay of Captn Richard & Blackburn Lt Ferdinand O'Melborne & John hundred Surgeons Mate William Barnaitis ordaining forage, after pay of the non commission Officers & Privated stationed at Fort Norfolk for the months of May & June 1799 —
which sum you will please to pay to the said Director Clotervs taking his duplicate receipt, balance him accountable for the due application thereof —
