Document 1799Notes that as a result of communication both with Robert Gilmer and with other members of the Baltimore Naval Committee McHenry has authorized construction of Fort McHenry to continue based on Mr. Foncin's new plan, with the promise of the citizens of Baltimore to contribute $10,963.44. Directs the committee to submit vouchers for all future expenses to the Accountant of the War Department.
