I have received under blank cover Recept Bills for Pay of yourself & recruits from 1 Novr 98 to 31 January 1799 which mustering enumerates the amount therein found receipts being One thousand twenty one Dollars & Yoo, which fund will accordingly be placed to the credit of your acct on the Books of this Office —
I have also received your Muster & Pay Bills for the months of April & May 1799, which have undergone examination & found correct the amount whereof being twenty [undecipherable] ninety three Dollars & Yoo, you will receive from Mr [undecipherable] here for & be whom you will please to transmit your receipts here holding yourself accountable for the misapplication thereof —
