I have drawn on you this day in favour of Arthur Crozier a order for One thousand dollars, payable to him or order after ten days sight, which money is to be appropriated for the paying of the regular Troops under the command of Leu Col Butler, on having received specia to the amount of this Bill, and please it to the credit of the Treasurer request due honor thereto
