[480] Philadelphia. 20 June, 1799 I am informed at some, I cannot tell when, one thousand Stand of Arms were taken from your Store in Long to the State of New york— If the information is true, and the Arms were delivered by you I am thank, you to inform, when, and more where from they were delivered, and what kind of receipt was taken for them— If they were delivered previous you having charge of the Stores.
