Agreably to your request I herewith transmit, for your Government a duplicate of the Statement of difference arising on examination of the Muster Day Rolls of the Division of New York for the month of April 1799 —
As relates to the pay of Capt Lagerwelt's troop, it may be proper to pay him the amount thereof holding him accountable for the due application thereof —
