The [undecipherable] roll in March 1799 has also been certified [undecipherable] pounds received, amounting to seventy eight Dollars, which sum you will receive from Nicholas Fish Supervisor of revenue on seeing him your duplicate & assuring yourself accountable for the due application thereof —
