Edmund Manchester Contractor has omitted a charge which has been admitted to his acct of Dollars [undecipherable] for materials & making of two Artillery [Corps], ordered to Experiment Gates, for two men under his command at Castle William Island.
You will, therefore, charge those Expt. Gates accordingly on the Books of the Superintendent of military Stores—
