No. 1 Fort Wilkinson June 10th 1799 Draft of a letter to John Harris Keeper of Military Stores Phila went by Post on the 11 inclosed to his Honour the Secry of War Sir Your favor of the 24th of April came to hand by Post late this Evening inclosing the prices current of Furs & Peltings at Phila as the Post leaves this early tomorrow it will not be in my Power to forward by him at this time a List of the Goods which the Factory stands in need of but there is a great scarcity of almost all kinds of Goods suitable for the Indian Trade, which will be seen by the Inventory of Goods on hand (at my arrival at the Factory, that will be forwarded by next Post, [Enclosed?] to his Honour the Secry of War. I should answer your Letter more fully by next Post.
