Sir,
I have recieve your letter & the Militia [undecipherable] Musties & Pay rolls for the recruits at Savannah Georgia under the command of dr William D Fernance which have been examined the balance of which is after deducting the pay of deserters & dead men, eight hundred three Dollars & 17/100 which sum you will receive from John Haberham Esqr Collector at Savannah in the State of Georgia, for which sum you will please to give him your duplicate receipts holding yourself accountably for the due application thereof.
Inclosed you will receive a receipt roll for your government —
