Agreeable to my letter of the 22.d of May, have drawn on you this day in favor of John M. Fischer, or order for One thousand five hundred dollars, which Money has been paid to Barclay McGee the factor or partner of James O'Hara & Co for the contract in supplying the Commissioners at the treaty held at Tellico the 25 June to the 1 October 1798, and having thus appropriated the Money agreeably to the directions of the Accountant of the War Department, and passed the amount of the Bill to the credit of the Treasurer, request your paying due honor to it.
