Drum^r Ainsworth & Men^r Th^os Attells place at New London, was paid at this Office that he has purchase a Tombel or Commandment on pursuance of orders from the Secretary of War through the Secretary of the Treasury for the use of The United States, the cost of which is Dollars &c.
