Referring to my letter of the 11 Ulto. I am to acquaint you that by another return of rations suppd by the Contractors at [undecipherable] in Vermont it appears that you have drawn double rations in the months of January, February, March and April last, but to which you are not entitled: you have in consequence overdr[awn] 120 rations which at 21 Cents the contract price of rations amounts to Dollars 30.90 This sum will therefore be charged to you in settlement of your account at this Office.
