For his pay as Assistant Quarter Master on the Northampton expedition against the Insurgents, commencing the 25^th March, and ending the 17^th May, 1799, is 1 ¾ Months, at 40 Dollars a Month — Dolls 72— To two Rations a day for the above time, being 54 Days, is 108 Rations, at 15 Cents — 14.20. The above Statement of M^r Fishers account is agreeable to the allowance made him for similar Services in 1795 and which I think he is justly entitled to for those performed under your appointment.
