Description

Rice believes that a district deposit of clothing and issue thereof is the best mode of proceeding and notes that Jackson has said that one-quarter of the coats he contracted for will soon be ready for delivery. He wants to know where he can apply for arms and recommends Lieutenant Daniel Hastings for the post of regimental quartermaster.
