Mar. 24. For his services riding express, per order of the
Quarter Master General, on various routes, from
the 19th to the 24th March 1799, both days in-
cluded, is Six days, at five Dollars a

I have settled with Mr Fisher for the three previous
days that he rode Express under my order— for
the above time he was employed by the Quarter
Master General— and is entitled to the Pay charged
to being the usual allowance—
