The treasurer of the United States will remit you the sum of six hundred thirty Dollars, being for pay of Capt Achaire M Blackburn, Smith Ford Collins, John Saunders, Surgeon's Mate William Barnwith, including rations & pay of the non commissioned officers & Privates & Artificers at Fort Norfolk for the month of April 1799, which sum you will please to pay to the said Gentlemen taking the needfing receipts —
