I have drawn on you this date in favor of Patrick Campbell or order for One thousand five hundred forty seven dollars and seventy six Cents, being for value received of him in Specie and is to be appropriated to the paying of the balance due the contractors James O Hara[undecipherable] for the late treaty held at Tellico the 25 June 1 October 1798, being agreeable to the directions of the Accountant in his letter of the 13 March last and having passed this sum to the credit of the Treasurer Request the Bill may meet your approbation. —
