My dear Sir,
I reced your letter dated the 3d of april (by mistake) this morning.
The cloathing for New York, New Haven, and Trenton is packed up and will be immediately forwarded by the Inspector Martin, viz. to Col. Stevens, to Mr. Phelps & Sanford and [undecipherable]. That for [strikethrough: Pennsylvania] is also ready to be delivered to [strikethrough: Hartley] [undecipherable].
