I Certify that there is due to a Detachment of the First Regiment of Artillerists & Engineers, detached at Fort Mifflin under the command of Captain Ebenezar Massey the sum of two hundreds and eighteen Dollars and eighty three cents, being for the pay of Lieutenant Robert H.
