I Certify, that I Stored with, and put in the care of Peter a Mantz of Frederick Town Maryland, on or about the first Day of June 1792, Sundry Military Goods which were sent by the Secretary of War, for the use of the Soldiers which were to be recruited by Captain Henry Carbery and me, which Goods remained in his care in the whole & in part, to the 26th August 1795, or thereabouts, And that I have received from him from time to time as circumstance required, the whole of the Goods stored with him, except one Box containing Arms Bayonets &c —
