Accountants Office April 18^th 1799 I Certify that there is due to a Detachment of Infantry stationed at West Point, under the direction of George Fleming Ordnance and Military Store Keeper for the service of the Ordnance Department, the sum of eighty three Dollars, being for the pay of the non commissioned Officers and Privates of the said Detachment for the month of March 1799 — which sum is to be transmitted to Nicholas Fish Supervisor at New York to be by him paid to the said George Fleming who is to be held accountable for the due application of the same — W.
