I presume [with] the [undecipherable: probable reading "Purveyor"] or the Apothecary can direct that I am to Open the Packages at this place and Apportion the Article Contained to [Massac] & [undecipherable] Wights which it is probable are the Posts to which the Medicine & Hospital Stores are Ultimately intended & which are more than 1,000 Miles Apart — On the 22^d.
