In Answer to the Query made by you yesterday respecting the terms on which I would Engage to furnish the United States with all the Cannon Bale that may be wanted from 3 to 32lb Each. made in the best maner, provided there Should be the greater Quantity of 12 18. 24 & 32lb wanted. I would undertake them all at 25 pounds P. Ton & if necessary will deliver at least 25 tons a Week (after a few weeks Notice) —
As there was nothing mentioned respecting doubleheaded Shot Cannister & grape —
