[Department of War Accountants Office April 11 1799] I Certify that there is due to a Detachment of Artillerists and Engineers stationed at Fort Wolcot under the command of Major Lewis Tousard, the sum of four hundred thirty four Dollars and sixty three cents being for the pay of Captain William Littlejohn Lieutenant George I.
