Sir,
I have the honor to enclose to you the letter which I have received from Brigadier General Macpherson, dates the 8th instant, with a list of persons under Sentences or who had voluntarily surrendered to Justice.
I also enclose an original letter to the Attorney General from a Mr B. Reader, dated near Angom [undecipherable] 22d March ultimo. I request the letter may be returned.
