Turner wishing to remit two hundred and fifty Dollars to his brother William Turner of Boston informs me that he has instructed him to draw on you for that sum you will please to honour the Draft and place the amount to my debit — I purpose to send mor by return of Post. the last Law for organization of the army, And when you are up Stairs with the Secretary, be pleased to ask him whether he thinks that Law recognizes me as an Officer in the W.M.
