Description

Received invoice for clothing for posts at Niagara and Oswego. Shipments left Philadelphia marked for specific posts and detachments. Upon arrival in New York, it was thought best to transport them by sleigh. Reports state of delivery and requests Rivardi to check all invoices to know what articles are for whom. Transportation through the Albany route is delayed with enormous expense. Requests that Rivardi set the situation straight.
