S^r Philadelphia 2^nd April 1799. The Secretary of War requests me to inform you that blocks or Molds for Cartuch Boxes to the number of 20000 and will shortly be wanted. He requests further that this will call on me for the dimensions and pursue the most vigorous measures to place the whole number in the Public Store in as short a time as it can possibly be effected.
