I received your letter of the 15 February advising me to draw for the payment of the troops under the command of Lieut Colo: Butler,
I Therefore this day have drawn on you in favor of Henry J J Boggs for three thousand and seventy three dollars, being for specie received of Robert Lothars &Co as by advice of the 11 March; the bill payable after ten days Sight, and the money to be appropriated for the payment of the army, as you have directed
