I Certify that there is due to a Detachment of the second [undecipherable] of Artillery [undecipherable] stationed at [undecipherable] under the command of Captain Walter L. Carman the sum of five hundred ninety eight Dollars and twenty five cents being for the pay of [undecipherable] lieutenant William L.
